At autopntpro, we take pride in providing high-quality automotive painting services. Due to the nature of our work, all services rendered are final and non-refundable once completed.

2. Deposits and Cancellations

  • A deposit may be required to schedule a service appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 2 days before the scheduled service date.
  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 1 hours before the appointment) may be subject to additional fees.

3. Quality Assurance and Corrections

We stand by our work and ensure high standards in all auto painting services. If you are unsatisfied with the final result due to a quality issue, we offer a correction service under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 14 days of service completion.
  • The concern must be related to workmanship or materials used, not external factors (e.g., road debris, accidents, or improper aftercare).
  • Corrections will be made at no additional cost if the issue is determined to be a fault in our service.

4. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once the painting process is completed and approved by the customer, refunds are not available. We encourage customers to inspect their vehicle upon pickup and discuss any concerns before leaving our facility.

5. How to Request a Review

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
